Before leading anything anywhere a person must first know who is following and why. Richard, take a quick look back behind you and you'll see that hardly anybody is FOLLOWING the PNC anywhere, anymore so you don't only have a LEADERSHIP problem but a FOLLOWING problem also. The ugly evidence reveals itself everyday in the diminishing power and representation in the Parliament. At this point, I would suggest that the PNC as an organization take an appropriate sabbatical away from party politics so as to figure out first who is still following them behind, if anybody at all, then the natural leaders will emerge to take them where the FOLLOWERS decide that the organization must go. Remember folks, that it is the followers who will eventually decide the road map and the lay of the land for any democratic entity and not the leadership.
