Switch off street lights

Dear Editor,

At nights, shouldn’t we switch off the street lights so that we give the greatest number of homes power when there is not sufficient being produced?
For us common folks the fan is our mosquito repellant and temperature control. Marx must know that a well rested unit of production equals increased productivity.

Yours faithfully,
Mohamed Khan
