Georgetown does not need a “SLUM CITY” being built around it’s trash dump site. This is how it starts out, one shack at a time, next you have an entire city of shacks built aroung the dump.

You two, have a home I am sure. Maybe that is the best place he could call home. For your information there are slums in the USA, have you travel to the south. Remember Brazil is better off than Guyana. I lived and work there. AS far as I know all countries has slums. the poor is always with us.
