This woman of Jackson Creek, a short distance from the Molsen Creek Ferry Stelling was seen doing her laundry at the corner of the road last Thursday. It is a regular occurrence for her and the few other residents living in the area.  She told this newspaper that she could not access water in her home located opposite as the pressure was too low.
Meanwhile persons also find it difficult to access transportation and students have to walk about three miles to and from school. A taxi driver told this newspaper that he would be “sorry for them [students] and pick them up” whenever he visits the area to drop off passengers to the stelling.
