20090630lionsThe Central Demerara Lions Club recently inducted a new Board of Directors. Standing in the back row are, from left:  two-year director Rupert Hopkinson, Surijpaul Singh and Lionel Chinian, one-year director Cecil Persaud, past president Dwarka Singh, membership director Annand Surujpaul, one-year director Ishmael Bacchus and tail twister Hansel Barrow. The induction was held at the 25th statutory meeting, handing over and installation ceremony.
