This Route 32 (Parika-Georgetown )minibus, ran off the East Bank Demerara Public Road at Eccles early yesterday morning, resulting in several persons being injured and hospitalized. Reports are that the accident occurred because the driver of the bus was speeding and lost control of the vehicle, which careened off the bridge near the Eccles Assembly of God Church. The vehicle was subsequently removed hours later by the men captured in this Brenon Sookram photograph.
