Accident: The woman in the checkered top was struck down while crossing Quamina Street yesterday by the minibus which is partly shown at the right of the picture. She sustained an injury to her left leg and was picked up by the driver and his colleague  who took her to the Balwant Singh Hospital nearby to seek medical attention. The woman said she was walking along East Street, about to cross Quamina Street when the bus struck her down.
