There is the Diamond Middle Income Scheme where the facilities are anything but 'middle income' with overgrown bushes/forests, garbage dumping and potholed streets. Then there is the Tabatinga scheme in Lethem where house lots are being given where houses already exist. Lots of work for you boss man!
