Are you telling everyone here that if Mr. X pays all his bills fully and on time that he gets what he pays for?? Oh yeah, he pays a perfectly good $5 dollar bill and gets a rotten fish in return and that is acceptable. A typical example is the B'bce bridge. Was NIS money intended for that??
