Dear Editor,
I wish to publicly congratulate Mr Winston Murray, MP for his demonstration of strong leadership, character, strength and wisdom while he served in the capacity of Chairman of the People’s National Congress Reform (PNCR). Undoubtedly, the invaluable contribution he brought to the office of Party Chairman will continue to stand out in the minds of members and supporters alike. His continued support for the success and development of the PNCR is unquestionable; his skills in dealing with matters both internal and external to the party are indicative of his tremendous reservoir of talent.
Mr Murray was not only a Chairman of the PNCR but has continued to be a national leader, political icon, and a positive role model for our young people.

I wish Mr Winston Murray every continued success, and look forward to benefiting from his usual impressive work in Parliament and in the party.
