Dear Editor,

I refer to the letter by Mr Learie Barclay appearing in SN of January 29, 2009 titled ‘The opposition should submit statements of assets to the Integrity Commission.’ In Mr Barclay’s opening paragraph, he states,“There is also a provision in that law for the President to ask for the submission of that information.”

I would be grateful if Mr Barclay could point out this provision for me. For his information, a copy of the law could be viewed here:
