Dear Editor,
Time is a great healer and most Guyanese have a very short memory.  Whatever happened to the government’s investment in Buddy’s hotel?

Was the loan ever repaid or it has become equity? In whose name is that investment vested?
There were many discussions at the time of the bailout but no one ever said if the government, rather the taxpayers, were ever repaid?
Let’s get the deal on the table.  $168,000,000 is a lot to forget.
