Who will help at NIS?

Dear Editor,
I started to make enquiries about my NIS contributions at the Melanie NIS Office, East Coast Demerara, then at Bent and Camp Street and after that at Brickdam. I spoke during a TV show to Ms Baxter, but I am still getting a royal run-around. My date of birth is September 12, 1950 and I have been working with Guysuco LBI Estate as a security guard from June 1996 to now, and I work 52 weeks a year. To my surprise for some years the NIS cannot find my full contributions. I have all my pay slips and the NIS contribution record that NIS sent to me by post.  I am sure I am not the only one to whom this is happening.
It seems there is no one who can help; it is left to the mercy of the NIS staff.
Yours faithfully,
Mohan Lall Sukhdeoji
