When will noise nuisances in GT be charged?

Dear Editor,
It was sweet music to learn someone was finally charged and fined for noise nuisance (SN, July 10, 2009).
But I wonder if… I wonder when such a judgment will be handed down to noise nuisances in Georgetown. I wonder if…  I wonder when such (and even harsher) penalties would be meted out to noise nuisances in Georgetown.
