The Central Housing and Planning Authority (CH&PA) is disappointed that we were not given the opportunity to respond to the letter, entitled ‘Waiting two years for title from Ministry of Housing,’ which was published in the Stabroek News edition of July 25, 2009.

There are a number of issues which delayed conveyancing for the Dochfour Housing Scheme and we sincerely regret all inconvenience caused. We note that the writer’s name was not published. In this regard we would be grateful if the person could return to have his/her matter addressed.
