Dear Editor,
I want to thank Minister Clement Rohee for his extra effort in helping to deliver a violence-free Diwali celebration for Alexander Village.  I am grateful to him for delivering on his promise.  He has joined a select few Guyanese political leaders who have done what they have said on this occasion.
