Rubbish.Patented. With all the flooding along the coast,these swimmers should be at world record peak by now. Get them out there to practice until the pool is finished.Running and maintaining a training pool is also very expensive. I have a domestic swimming pool for years, but with the high cost of electricity and maintennance,I filled up mine last year. Costs too damn much to run.Plus, I am not a fish.

How can you design a pool without including the piles for the foundation, or was it just excluded from the budget. Sloppy planning!!!

This looks and sounds like an excuse from the Minister. Seems only cricket get full attention?
