National Under-19 opener Trevon Griffith was selected by the junior selection panel of the Georgetown Cricket Association (GCA), to lead Georgetown in the Demerara Cricket Board (DCB) German Restaurant/W&H Rambarran-sponsored under-19 Inter-association competition, which is scheduled to commence tomorrow.

The 14-man squad reads: Trevon Griffith (captain), Ranole Bourne, Ryan Rajmangal, Ovid Richardson, Dayanand Roopnarine, Delon Fernandes, Carlos La Rose, Dexter Solomon, Seon Daniels, Andre Stoll, Carl Rambharose, Totaram Bishun, Amir Khan and Ricardo Devers.

Weather permitting the competition will bowl off tomorrow, with East Bank opposing East Coast at Lusignan, while West Demerara and Georgetown will do battle at Everest.
