Well, you don’t need to be at the All England Club but you can view the action right in your sitting room.
Directv has announced the continuation of its expanded Grand Slam lawn tennis coverage for this year’s Wimbledon tournament which starts today.
A press release from the company stated that for Directv subscribers, interactive features would be available on the mosaic channel (690) for the first five days of the tournament.
Coverage after that will be shown exclusively on ESPN International – Channel 611.
The mosaic on Channel 690 will enable viewers to witness simultaneously up to six live matches from six different courts with instant access to scores and match statistics.
Those matches can be accessed directly on Channels 692, 693, 694, 695 and 696.
Directv is also broadcasting FIFA’s Confederations Cup live from South Africa on Directv Sports- Channel 610.
