Former West Indies under-19 Captain Steven Jacobs and his Malteenoes club mate Delvon McEwen are collaborating with their club to host the Super 6s Cricket Festival at the Mackenzie Sports Club (MSC) ground on August 1.

Several of the top teams in the country will be represented and pulsating cricket is anticipated with some of Guyana’s leading players like Jacobs, Leon Johnson and Chris Barnwell expected to be on show.

Malteenoes, Transport, GNIC, Cappo’s 6, DCC, GCC, Police and Combined Six are among the teams billed to participate for attractive prizes while Ansa McAl is the tournament’s premier sponsor.

Lifetime Real Estate, Goodwood Racing Service, Trophy Stall, Horizon Transportation and Equipment Rental, Padrak’s Poultry, Kings of Kings Organic Cuisine and Scott’s Jewellery are also on board the sponsorship train for what should be a day of action packed cricket and  fun and frolic for the entire family.
Tickets cost $200 and can be bought from the Malteenoes Sports Club.
