Andrew Forde netted a hat-trick of goals to pilot Sales Department to a 4-0 win over Soft Drink Plant in the Banks DIH nine-a-side Inter-Department football final played Friday evening at Thirst Park ground.

Forde tormented the previously unbeaten Soft Drink Plant’s defence with relentless attacks scoring in the 10th, 15th and 21st minutes of play.

Former Georgetown first-division player George Miller converted the fourth goal in the 35th minute.

Sales Department had beaten Stores 13-1 in their semi-final encounter while Soft Drink Plant scored a 3-1 win over Special Event in the other semi.

Thirteen departments including Vehicle Workshop, Brewery, Demico Division, Central Services and Beer Plant participated in the annual tournament.

The presentation of prizes will take place at the Company’s Bonus Meeting billed for December 6 at Thirst Park.
