govt na learn from previous flood. all the money govt give for drainage go to private contractors.the govt dont buy equipment and hire people.so when clean up again they have no equipment and again money goes to private contractors.REMEMBER 10% MINISTER?

Looks like the pump is washing mud from the dam into the canal to me, Guyana is really developing unless people venture away from the everyday things they accept as development they will never understand what it really is our vision of development is so limited and the politicians who travel abroad and see and know the level of development they preach is just a fraction of what scale it is supposed to be makes a real fool of the people who believe in them.
