Hugh Paul is lucky to be alive after an old tree fell on the truck he was driving along Carmichael Street yesterday.

Stabroek News understands that Paul was driving north along Carmichael Street and had just crossed over Middle Street when the tree fell in his path, damaging the truck. Paul fortunately managed to escape through the window in the nick of time.

Iss there a organization that looks at all these old trees and recommends which should be replaced? Come on Hammie, do your work here. Trees are not mean to last forever.
Somebody should have to answer for this,the public should be safe from things like this happening to them,this man was lucky,thank God he escaped injury!!!
