I agree with you. Desperation makes people do all kinds of things and it’s truly sad that she risked the perpetuation of a serious mental illness. Hopefully she will remain here so that her child could have the best chance of a future. Everyone wants to leave Guyana …… I wonder why???

Immigration have no saying if the airline refused to take the passenger based on the doctor advise because if indeed thewoman is 8 month pregnant and complications pertaining to the unborn child developed while on board -the law suit will be on the airline not immigration -That is one slick lawyer-hats off to him.Know the system so you can circumvent it.

ET , yes the law is the law but who say the law can’t be bent . If we all had played by the law some of us would not even be alive today . Is it not the law that cause fightings around the world and also has guyana in a chaos ? These same people that are putting her on the plane and are talking about doing things according to the law , they themselves are breaking the law that they represent, they’re a bunch of hypocrites. If she was a from Europe or those other parts , trust me , it might have been quite easier for her , if u know what I mean.

i am wondering if everyone who is writing in these blogs entered into the respective countries as permanent residend the first time around.i do not think so.it is easy to judge how one loves or marries.i know of someone who is in a relationship with a diagnosed schizophrenic and there has not been any problems the individual takes medication.he is known as a functioning schizoprenic.he is into computer science and holds a great job.they function at different levels.
on the subject of immigration,by now everyone know what it means to be illegal in another`man’s land.i was in the same situation for the better part of nine years.my wonderful lawyer told the prosecutor that i will face extreme hardship and difficulty an my american born child would suffer.(please hold your comments lawyers say whatever to save a client)the prosecutor laughed and said “extreme hardship is like like living in the congo and somalia and iraq.she also suggested that there are foster homes for kids.do not think that making babies in another land will give you status.however with money for mamy appeals and an inteligent lawyer i am now a resident.as someone who was in that situation i am not going to judge i am not going to judge.i showed up for deportation on several occasion and even took volontary departure and turn back the rap.who feels it knows it.it is easy to say pack up and go home if you are not in the situation.i am pretty sure even if you are in your home land you know some one in another country who is illegal.i got my pappers because the us give everyone due process.you can walk onthe gounds or even inside federal plaza as an illegal you will not be picked and put on a plane without due process.it is not the deportation that is so bad in some countries but how it is done.

this is one desperate woman. she got married to a schizo and has an eight month old kid and another one on the way. with her “husband’s” condition she was doomed to fail her immigration application as immigration would view her as being a burden to canada and its resources. she came several years ago and is now claiming she has no relatives in guyana. is she an orphan? what immigration officer would believe her? as we say in guyana “pick sense outta nonsense”.
