An Airy Hall man, who allegedly caused the death of another by driving dangerously, has had his license suspended.
Police in a press statement yesterday said that David Livan of Lot 4 Airy Hall, Essequibo Coast was charged with causing death by dangerous driving. Charges, they said, were instituted following investigations into a fatal accident at Hibernia Public Road.
It is alleged that on February 14 at the said location Livan drove his vehicle in a dangerous manner causing the death of pedestrian, Uvendra Seeram of Middlesex. Livan’s license, police said, has been suspended “pending the outcome of the matter”.
