Don’t make me laugh.Spare me the details of an advisor in Caricom.I shudder to imagine the woes of the recipent of any advice received here.Since when have they ventured into advising? A commodity they should be instead receiving in tons, as often as a daily multivitamin.

Too many programmes, initiatives, interventions, comittees, funds, projects, forums and analyses and not enough action.
The farmers and their famillies who work the land know what’s needed………….. Ask them, they are the ‘experts’ who know what’s needed! Where can I buy a carton of fresh, cool cow’s milk?

I THINK wE SHOULD fOCUS ON ONE PROJECT AT A TIME.

GUYANA IMPORT OVER ONE BILLION DOLLARS IN POWDER MILK EVERY YEAR…SO THERE IS A STRONG MARKET.

THERE IS A LOT OF GRASS AROUND SO THE BASE FOOD IS AVAILABLE. IF WE CAN GET 50% OF THIS LOCAL MARKET IT WILL CREATE EMPLOYMENT AND SAVE A LOT OF FOREIGN $$$
