A 27-year-old man was up to last night in a critical condition at the Georgetown Public Hospital after being stabbed at the East Coast Demerara mini-bus park.

Quacy Andrews of Barr Street, Kitty was rushed to the medical institution shortly before 10 pm last night. He had been stabbed to the right side of his chest. Reports are that he and another man had an argument at the mini-bus park, when he was stabbed.

Andrews reportedly told hospital officials that he did not know who his assailant was. After the incident, he was rushed to the hospital.

Up to press time he was receiving treatment.
