Passion launches video for ‘Abusive’

Come tomorrow, rising local singer Clifton `Passion’ Adolphus will launch the music video to his newest song, “Abusive” which features Walter `Ballys’ Aaron who has also been on the local entertainment scene for some time now.

The launching, which will be a private affair, accessed strictly by invitation only will be held at the Rumours Bar and Grill on D’Urban Street.

Passion recently told The Scene that `Abusive’ which is the newest addition to his song  collection has only been on the airwaves for about two to three weeks and he firmly believes that a music video will give it to push it needs to gain popularity.

Asked about the song, Passion said it seeks to highlight the scourge of physical abuse against women by their partners.

The artist who was a part of last year’s Soca Monarch competition pointed out that in order for the song to do well it needs airplay on both the radio and television. This has not been happening since its release.

Copies of song can be uplifted at a minimal cost from Matt’s Record bar and Everything Music on Robb Street.

Eon Johnson is the executive producer and the tune was complied at the Everything Music studio.
