		<description>Hey there..........I know exactly what you are saying...........i had this maharashtrian friend who had this wonderful ability to bring out the individual taste of a vegetable in a dish................and after a while i noticed the key to it was the temperings she used..............no two veggies had the same tempering and somehow that seemed to work..........pumpkin would taste like pumkina and cabbage like cabbage.........</description>
