In a press release the post office said though consideration will be given to persons who held temporary positions at the end of the training exercise written and practical tests will be administered. It said too persons in Demerara may report with their applications to the Mails branch at its headquarters. Persons in Berbice may report to the New Amsterdam Post Office and those in Essequibo to the Anna Regina Post Office by Friday at 1pm. Applications must be addressed to the Human Resources Manager.
