Going yellow: With the August deadline approaching for all taxis to be painted yellow, this service, Wings Xpress on High Street, Werk-en-Rust, is moving ahead to have all its vehicles in the colour. Last year government set an August 2010 deadline for all taxis to have one colour, yellow, with easily identifiable and appropriate logos, promising a two-year waiver of licensing and radio frequency fees for those who comply early.
