The Irene Madray Recreational Arts and Resources Centre (IMRARC), Kids First Fund, Red Thread, Help and Shelter and friends will host a day of awareness of violence against women and children on Thursday, November 25 – International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women at GCC Ground, Bourda. The event, which will run from 1 pm to 9 pm under the theme: ‘Break the Silence and Stop the Violence’, will include information booths, displays, advice/guidance, counselling, skits, dance, music and poetry.
Admission is free and all are invited.
