The annual Hastings tournament ended in a four-way tie for first place between grandmasters Mark Hebden, British champion David Howell, Andrei Istratescu of Romania and Romain Edouard of France. The following game was a contender for the Best Game prize in the tournament. Andrew Green is outrated by over 200 points but wins with some strong moves.
