I am writing in connection with these powerful people with powerful music sets in Lusignan. People in the area are scared, and one offender causes persons to believe he cannot be touched. This has been reported to the Minister of Housing. And the recent reports to the police station were made on December 6 between 17:00 hrs and 17:50 hrs and between 19.00 hrs 22.00 hrs. Please, can someone in authority do something speedily? Christmas is coming and I want to stop spending my hard-earned money calling the police, and live a peaceful life, because I can’t run and go anywhere else.
The police do not come when one set is playing, and when I go to the station, the owners turn off the set, lock up, and are in bed asleep. The police then look for confirmation from neighbours who will not come forward. Why is it disturbing me alone?
