Colts trample Panthers 74-60

In the first Open encounter since the Georgetown Amateur Basketball Association (GABA) restarted its Open and Division Three Leagues under the Pepsi Street Basketball Series and Playoffs banner, Bounty Colts basketball team administered a 14-point defeat on Colours Panthers.

Panthers and the Colts took centre court Saturday night at the Burnham Basketball Court in the Open category which ended with the Colts trampling the Panthers 74-60 thereby avenging their Division Three loss to the Panthers in the first game of the league’s restart.

Prior to the Colts’ triumph, Courts Pacesetters were definitely not setting the pace as they trailed Beepat Scorpions before eventually crumbling to a 65-80 upset defeat.

The Pacesetters/Scorpions battle was long-awaited, having been initially delayed from its original scheduled date of September 29.
