T20 matches rained out

Umpires called off the third round game of the Pepsi/Carib T20 tournament between Demerara and Essequibo last evening due to intermittent rain at the Guyana National Stadium.

On a day that was scheduled to have two matches, only 1.4 overs were bowled. The first match between defending champions Berbice and the Rest Team was completely abandoned due to the inclement weather throughout the morning and afternoon sessions.
