Linden will see two performances at 5 pm and 8 pm. The show will be hosted by the Lichas group and has been integrated into the town day’s activities. Tickets, according to a Gems Theatre Productions release, will cost $1,200 and are available at the Lifetime Gift Shop or $1,500 can be paid at the door.
This year the show has seen the National Cultural Centre 14 times and went twice to New Amsterdam. Link Show is Guyana’s longest running satirical review.
Travelling to the mining town for these performances will be Ron Robinson, Howard Lorimer, Derek Gomes, Rajan Tiwari, LaVonne George, Simone Dowding, Sherry Ann Dyal, Sheldon Braithwaite, Michael Ignatius, Troy Parboo, Nicola Moonsammy, Abigail Brower, Tonaisea Robertson, Francis Bailey, Raymond Persaud, Paul and Sean Budnah, Kyle Isaacs, and Gem Madhoo-Nascimento.
