(De Ware Tijd) — All public places have to be declared smoke-free before December 2011. Proprietors of for example restaurants and bars will be able to have smokers moved from their business with the law on their side. If necessary they can call in the help of the police. A draft-Tobacco Bill has to be in Parliament around April 2011, according to Health Minister Celsius Waterberg
