The matter was adjourned until May 7 for report and fixture.

Meanwhile, Kent Flores was remanded to prison after declining to make a bail application, when he appeared before the magistrate on separate charges of break and enter and simple larceny.

The first allegation is that on April 9, at Georgetown, he broke and entered the dwelling house of Chandradat Chitramal and stole a Blackberry cellular phone valued at $98,000. The second charge read that on the same day the defendant also stole one bicycle valued at $5,000, property of the said Chandradat Chitramal. He was not required to plead to the indictable charges when they were read to him.
