Yesterday morning Lucky Dollar held its presentation ceremony for the winner of its “Win Your Purchase Free!” promotion.
The promotion, which ran from June 9th to June 30th, gave any customer who made a cash or credit purchase of $50,000 and over, a chance to win their purchase free.
Zeanni Broomes, of Cummings Lodge, East Coast Demerara, was the winner of the promotion. She had previously purchased a Mabe 9 Cu Ft Refrigerator/Freezer, valued at around $127,000. Zeanni told this newspaper that she was very happy about winning, and said “I guess I was just lucky.”
