In response to the letter ‘NIS pensioners waiting for an increase in their pensions’ which was published in the Saturday, January 29, 2011 edition of the Stabroek News, please note that an announcement regarding any increase will be made as soon as this information is made available by the National Insurance Board.
In the meantime, pensioners are encouraged to continue to keep in touch with the media.
