The constitution, for now, protects Presi-dent Jagdeo from libel action and forensic audits, but it does not protect the Guyana Chronicle or NCN. I have noticed I have been libelled in the letter columns of the Guyana Chronicle by Faizul Ali and was advised that the same message was on NCN.
I hope he and his political sponsors have deep pockets since I intend to seek fair compensation for character assassination. I categorically deny the content of this letter; it is a clear fabrication.
Since this is heading to court, I say no more.
