No doubt, the indiscipline in the Police Force is encouraging indiscipline in the society.
I live south of the railway embankment at Enmore and can attest to noise nuisance being committed several times in the day and night by a hatch-back car. The young driver has no regard for even the police at Enmore because he plays the music in his vehicle at high decibel levels even in front of the police station. The noise rattles our shelves and vibrates our stomachs and disturbs all nearby. At night he drag-races in front of the police station.
Secondly, a motorcycle also drag-races along the said Embankment Road and passes the Enmore Police Station without police intervention. The police at Enmore must be suffering from deafness.
