Sunburst OJ presents water bottles to U15 Clubs

Continental Foods Incorporated, a member of the Continental Group of Companies, who are the manufacturers and distributors of Sunburst Orange Juice in Guyana, last Saturday made a significant contribution to the Len’s Craft/Sunburst OJ U-15 team.

Company Secretary, Percival Boyce Jr. handed over a quantity of bottles to players and coaches from the various clubs during the second day of competition at the Georgetown Football Club Ground.

Boyce stated that his company was pleased to make the contribution to the teams apart from co-sponsoring the tournament which is the brainchild of Allistair Parris, owner of Len’s Craft Optical.

Boyce complimented the players and coaches for the competitive level they have displayed and urged club administrators to focus more on the development of players at the junior level.

The clubs who benefited from the gesture were Sunburst Camptown, Fruta Conquerors, Pele, Santos BK International Western Tigers, Riddim Squad, Flamingo, Renaissance and Georgetown Football Club.

The coaches and players collectively voiced their pleasure for the donation of the bottles and promised to continue doing their best throughout the tournament which will continue on Saturday at the tournament venue, GFC Ground.
