Tree falls on Kitty house: A huge palm tree came crashing down yesterday on a house at Lot 29 Railway Embankment, Kitty damaging the roof. The house is occupied by two families and has five apartments. Karen Goring, one of the occupants, said that the tree came crashing down sometime around 3 pm and the Mayor and City Council and the Guyana Fire Service were summoned. They helped removed the tree. No injuries were reported.
