Attorney Vic Puran is the new state-appointed prosecutor in the preliminary inquiry into the treason charge against Guyana Defence Force (GDF) Major Bruce Munroe, his wife Carol Ann Munroe and ex-soldier Leonard Wharton are accused of treason.
