Deputy Mayor Robert Williams dies

Deputy Mayor Robert Williams died this morning in hospital where he was admitted almost a month ago for heart related complications.

Mayor Hamilton Green has confirmed the death.

Williams on December 1 last was admitted to the Caribbean Heart Institute where he was hooked up to a heart and oxygen machine.

His condition was said to have deteriorated over the last few weeks.
