Urling proposed that the Linden Chamber focus on advancing the private sector and exploring and developing programmes that will boost the capacity of the Linden business community in partnership with the GCCI, a press release said. Urling also noted that the Linden Chamber should survey the Linden private sector to identify constraints affecting the business community and opportunities to attract investment to the region. He also suggested creating a database of businesses operating in Linden for businesses and potential investors.

The Linden group is considering setting up a bus station in Linden to supply fuel to commuters entering and passing through the community. Handy also noted that the recently signed agreement between the government and the Region 10 Democratic Council will help to revitalize economic development in the region.
