Guyana establishing diplomatic ties with Palestine

Head of the Presidential Secretariat Dr Roger Luncheon announced that Cabinet has given the go-ahead for the establishment of diplomatic ties with Palestine.

Luncheon made this disclosure at his post-Cabinet press briefing at the Office of the President on Tuesday, the Government Information Agency (GINA) said.

In addition, Luncheon announced that Nazrullah Khan has been appointed non-resident High Commissioner of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to Guyana. He will be residing in Brasilia, Brazil.

Also, from the People’s Republic of China, Zhang Li Ming will be succeeding Yu Wenzhe as Ambassador, Extraordinaire and Plenipotentiary to Guyana.
