The Mexican Embassy in Guyana is inviting the public to its ‘Mexican Movie Week’ where it will be airing a mix of five classic and contemporary films next week.
According to a press release, the films will be aired from Monday, October 29 to Friday, November 2nd in Spanish with English subtitles. They are Spiral/Espiral, a 2008 drama; In Love/Enamorada, a 1946 classic; The Student/El Estudinate , a 2009 contemporary film; Memories of the Mexican Revolution/ Memorias de un Mexicano, a 1970 historic film compilation and You’re Missing The Point/Ahi esta el Detalle, a 1940 comedy, respectively.
The films will be aired in the Embassy’s auditorium from 5.30pm.
